The rooms were huge, fit with a separate bedroom and a conference space - plenty of room for us. The staff was nice and efficient, doing their jobs well. The lobby was inviting and clean, making you feel at home. They quickly fixed our lukewarm water 🚿, and we appreciate the response. However, the breakfast on Saturday had fewer options than the weekdays, which was a bit of a downer.

The views from La Quinta by Wyndham Chicago Downtown were stunning, offering a breathtaking city view that heightened my experience. The daily breakfast with delicious hot waffles was a delightful treat that added a special touch to each morning.

The hotel fell short in addressing my concerns, with notes not being taken seriously and an issue with contaminated water, leading to a disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

Place was well priced, really enjoyed the stay.

Whole place was clean with marvellous views; good and stunning location easy to walk around downtown. A Metropolitan opera house was perfectly located very close to the hotel.

The spacious rooms and comfortable beds were ideal for our large family, and the location was perfect for exploring the city with our children. The friendly and accommodating staff made us feel welcome, and the delicious breakfast with a variety of choices was a hit with our kids. The hotel's cleanliness and security measures also provided us with peace of mind during our stay.

My wife says that having a thicker blanket available in the room would have added more comfort for our children, especially on cooler nights.

It was nice to have gorgeous hot waffles, eggs, and bacon in the morning. I stayed here for a trip and would want to stay there again.

This hotel is perfectly located 3 km away from a skyscraper observation deck. The units are newly renovated, extremely pleasant with comfortable bedding.

The place was perfectly positioned, next to a Metropolitan opera house. Exceptional service, even though a few employees were overwhelmed.

We stayed for trip and will choose it for sure for next trip. Booked a room with awesome views of downtown. Could walk to the train station, just 5 minutes.

The on-site restaurant serves a free Bright Side Breakfast of waffles, fruit, and more. I must say, the breakfast was a delightful experience, with a variety of options to kickstart the day. It felt like being a kid in a candy store, but for breakfast!

Fitness center closed, no breakfast.

Overall it was extremely pleasant and newly renovated with microwave and mini fridge.

the room was spacious and newly renovated, with a fantastic shower. the hotel's location was superb, close to the el and the river, making it perfect for business travelers. felt safe walking around at night. the front desk staff even arranged a flat-rate cab to the airport. excellent value for a solo traveler with plenty of nearby food options.

There was a wonderful room with views. Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from London Guarantee Building was wonderful and ideal. Btw, the airport was 12 miles away.

Wonderful, fairly clean venue with marvellous location close to the airport and all important and central sightseeing spots. A great selection of food at the breakfast, including hot waffles, eggs, and bacon.
